At Noamdtrics, we’re committed to providing a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, and we also ship to the United States and Canada through our international supplier, Gelato.


Shipping Details

Free Standard Shipping

  • Cost: Free for all UK orders.
  • Courier: Orders will be shipped using Evri 48-hour service or other best available options provided by our supplier, Gelato.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 working days for UK orders. Delivery times for international orders (to the US) may vary depending on the destination.
  • Tracking Information: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

International Shipping (US)

  • Cost: Free for all orders.
  • Courier: Gelato handles all international shipping. Shipping options will depend on your location and Gelato’s available delivery methods.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: For international shipments, the delivery time may vary depending on the destination, but it typically takes 7-15 working days.
  • Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details via email when your order is shipped.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. International shipping is available to the United States. We do not currently ship outside these areas.

  • Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery times start from the dispatch date.
  • Delivery Notifications: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information.
  • Delivery Delays: While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays) may occasionally impact delivery. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us.
  • Gift Cards: Please note that gift card purchases do not qualify for free shipping thresholds.
